Guest guest Posted June 2, 2012 Report Share Posted June 2, 2012 Chickpea And Basil Salad Ingredients 1 can chickpeas -- drained and rinsed About 1 pint grape tomatoes -- halved 25 large basil leaves -- chopped 3 clove of garlic -- minced 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoon olive oil 1/2 tablespoon honey (10g) pinch of salt Instructions Toss all ingredients together and chill for at least 20 minutes, allowing all the flavors to meld/ Exported from A Cook's Books -- Recipe management for Macintosh Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
