Guest guest
Okay, I'm in my final month and just tried to change my exercises. I've already done the leg extensions and leg press for my quads, and seated and lying hamstring curls for my hams. What is best now? Squats? Lunges? If squats, use the machine or not? My workout yesterday was just okay...hit 8s and 9s but no real tens. Need some advice please! Thanks,
Guest guest
If you have access to a power rack these squats are the mother of all leg exercises. To begin with use only the bar and place it on the soft part of your traps so it won't hurt your neck. Put the safety bars up on the side just in case it gets dropped it won't fall on you. You might also want to put that velcro pad thing in the middle for more comfort. When you get comfortable squatting with the bar(45 lbs) start adding weights slowly. This is almost a total body workout in itself. The machine is ok but nothing compares to the free bar squat. Hope this helps. Stasia
