Guest guest
Stacey, I tried this one this morning in honor of you but it's a bit too advanced for me (though it wouldn't be for most of you, I'm a bit step challenged). I did the first 20 minutes of it twice and am going to do this one again in the future because in spite of cussing throughout my fumblings, I did have a good time and worked up a sweat. cues good, but he doesn't say " left " or " right " , something a slower stepper like me needs. On to next review!

Guest guest
, It has been a while since you have done a step workout--since the best of step reebok (which I still have to do for fun!). I tripped more than few times in the Step It Strong workout with Keli ! Mostly i stick to the step because I can't dance on the floor--but I'm getting better! almost had the first dvd for the 2200 series on ebay--but someone actually outbid me in the last 10 seconds:( i'm kind of upset i wanted that dvd!!!!!!! stacey > > Stacey, I tried this one this morning in honor of you > but it's a bit too advanced for me (though it wouldn't > be for most of you, I'm a bit step challenged).
