Stacey, I tried this one this morning in honor of you

but it's a bit too advanced for me (though it wouldn't

be for most of you, I'm a bit step challenged). I

did the first 20 minutes of it twice and am going to

do this one again in the future because in spite of

cussing throughout my fumblings, I did have a good

time and worked up a sweat.

cues good, but he doesn't say " left " or

" right " , something a slower stepper like me needs.

On to next review!

It has been a while since you have done a step workout--since the best

of step reebok (which I still have to do for fun!). I tripped more

than few times in the Step It Strong workout with Keli ! Mostly

i stick to the step because I can't dance on the floor--but I'm

getting better!

almost had the first dvd for the 2200 series on ebay--but someone

actually outbid me in the last 10 seconds:( i'm kind of upset i wanted

that dvd!!!!!!!
