I have and still do. Here's the thing. I see Body For Life as a 'lifesyle'.

For it to work, you need to incorporate the things you love in moderation.

Wine has calories just like beer does, those are all extra calories. It

also helps dehydrate you and you have to keep that in mind.

When I did C1, I looked at it as a way of permanent living as in, I was

going to incorporate what I love with the BFL program and continue it

once I'm done with my challenge. If you look at BFL as something where

you have to remove all the foods you love(especially on cheat day), then

I don't think you can really succeed or will be happy. At least I know

I wouldn't be because I wouldn't be able to continue after my challenge

(I'd go back to my old ways).

Personally I try to keep all junk foods, alcohol to my cheat day but

every now and then, I'll have a glass in the midle of the week.

,

As with everything else, it will vary person to person. I drink in

moderation a few nights a week. In my first challenge I went from a

size 10 to a size 3 and I have maintained my bodyfat in the teens

for two years now. For the most part, my alcohol consumption has

stayed the same.

But other people see a drastic decrease in their progress when they

drink. You have to get to know your body and its reactions!

I drink weekly, on my free day. At least one beer. I have to have

my Corona. I did not see a lot of drop off in progress, but, I also

don't know what my progress would have been had I not drank. I lost

13lbs and tons of inches in C1, and continue to lose in C2. So it

really depends on your body I guess.

If you work hard all week, a few beers are not going to completly

sabatoge your progress.

My drinking has decreased dramatically. At first I was just saving

it for my free day, but I only drink if I'm at a party or something.

I would rather have a starbucks or a reeses than a margarita. But

that is just me!!
