Xylitol

Hi

Has anyone had any experience of using Xylitol as a sweetener. It's

now avaialble in Sainsbury under the trade name Perfect Sweet and I

know recommends it as having no yeast feeding properties. Tom

misses cake so much he sometimes leans against the bannister and sort

of mews " caaaake " . which is pretty heartbreaking so if we could rustle

up something with xylitol that's not going to trigger anything -

everyone would be a lot happier. (well in this house anyway)

Any experiences good or bad?

best
