happy friday all.

started the day out on the ball pilates. nice workout to start the day and wake up the abs. after getting everybody out of the house i warmed up with 10 min solution's kickbox's washboard abs and ultimate buns and thighs. today i did a leg workout in my own idea of cathe's legs and glutes premix of leg press mania. it fatigue me so bad i had to skip cardio for the day. my legs didn't have much left to go for a run up those hills.

Leg Press on Step 2x12 each side 20lb plate

Hover Squats with Low Ends 2x15 1x10 8lbs plate

Alternating Rear Lunge off of Step 2x12 12lbs db

Plies with 6 count hold 2x10 8lb db

Leg Press on Step 2x12 each side 20lb plate

Plies with 5 count pulse 2x10 8lb db

Drop Squats into Reverse Lunge on Step 1x12 each side no weight

Leg Press on Step 2x12 each side 20lb plate

Explosive Plies with Curtsey Lunge 1x16 each side no weight

Calf Raise 1x30 no weight

One Leg Deadlifts 2x10 each side 8lb db

Plies 1x30 no weight

Sculptor Drills 1x12 each side no weight

Outer Thigh Press on Step 2x12 each side, 2.5lb ankle weight

Calf Raise 1x30 ankle weight

Leg Press on Step 2x12 each side 20lb plate

Quad Extensions 1x38 each side 2.5 ankle weights

Glute Tucks on Step 2x12 each side ankle weights

ended with part a of power stretching. that was about 25 mins of stretching for groin,hamstrings and back. may or may not do yoga later. hubby says he will be home by 8pm but its Friday so you know viola isn't going to want to go to bed at 8pm. not to big of a deal b/c i did 4days so far and plan on a long practice tomorrow for my rest day.

on an off topic note we have not heard anything about the brain wave but they called about the MRI. she is going in on the 4th of November and she will need to be knocked out. Maybe they are waiting to get both test results before they tell us something. Very nerve racking b/c whatever it is i just want to know. Well thank goodness for kickboxing to let it out the aggression and yoga to clear the mind LOL. always a workout in my mind somewhere.
