Should exercise free day and food free day always be the same?

Ordinarily, my free day is Sunday. This week, I am going to the Fair

on Saturday, and I'd like to have my food free day that day. Should

I do my cardio on Saturday as normal, or do it on Sunday (when I plan

to eat cleanly)? Or does it even matter? I *have* been known to

overanalyze..... :-)

Hi Kathi,

I think I am going to just have Saturday be Sunday and Sunday be

Saturday, if that makes sense. :-) It can't be doing the Puyallup

if it doesn't start with a warm raspberry scone....

I would still run on Saturday. When I have split my free day and rest day

like this, I find that I lose more weight. It is hard to stay on the diet on

Sunday, but it is feasible. Use all your will power.

  • 4 months later...

Some people actually may have more success doing two free meals in a

week rather than a whole free day. In leaves more room for having

fun...say if you have a birthday party and a baby shower in the same

week.

I've always what would my mentality be if I did two days where for

say, four or five hours...it could be a free for all.

hmm, I said " i'm a dumbass " because I had already responded to you

with a completely different answer as I misunderstood your post (my

fault). But for some reason that response has not appeared up there

anyway, and my other ones are coming through really slowly.

Weird.....

So if you see any other posts from me responding to that question pop

up, ignore them!
