Hi ,

I quit smoking 4 years ago. I was working out when I quit and tried

to replace smoking with exercising. Then life happened, I quit my

diet, quit working out, and chose inappropriately packing on 60lbs.

This year I lost 30+lbs on my own (by cutting back and walking) and

two weeks ago I joined a new gym and started cutting back again. I

don't blame smoking for my weight gain, I blame myself for not

applying the knowledge that I have and giving up too easily.

Keep up the good work! Best advice is to focus and work your program

every day.
