Guest guest Posted January 3, 2006 Report Share Posted January 3, 2006 Normally my kids do yoga before the bed routine, but today they said we’re feeling a bit tired can we do yoga (at around 10:30am)? I was so surprised. They chose Yoga Kids ABCs and we did it all together. Some of the poses require adult help – especially for the two year old. But we all enjoyed ourselves. The last move was zigzag breathing and you are supposed lay on each other’s bellies and breath. I guess they have gotten used to me saying I need to do my yoga to wake up. We are having quiet time now. Last night they chose Wai Lana’s Little Yogis 2. I personally like the Yoga Kids series better, because the kids all have different levels. In Wai Lana’s all the kids can do a camel and never fall over when balancing. They do all the moves identically which my kids don’t seem to mind but I like the kids in the yoga kids better. They seem like real kids who do yoga instead of mini yoga masters. I should mention that the kids seem to prefer Wai Lana because of the cute movies and songs. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
