Another Awesome Testimonial

Well, I just returned from California, and I brought back my new 5200 that I

purchased from Costco.com. I have waited patiently for three weeks or so until

I was able to go pick it up while I was there visiting friends.

I returned home to Canada this morning, and already I have made a delicious

green smoothie, vanilla ice cream, and a hot soup! I combined two recipes in

the book that came with my Vitamix. I made a Potato, Chicken, Cheddar, Spinach,

Bacon soup!

First of all, the green smoothie was out of this world! I have made them in my

Kitchenaid blender before, but they never got that amazing silky texture the

Vitamix gives them! What a HUGE difference it made!

The soup was nothing short of phenominal! I think it is the best soup I have

ever made....and I've made a lot of soups!

There is no doubt in my mind that I will use this machine many times over, and I

will definitely get my money's worth out of it, and more!!!

It may have been overkill, but while I was in California, I went to the Concord

Costco, as a demonstrator was there. I already have the 64oz wet and 32oz dry

containers that came with my Vitamix, but I picked up the 32oz wet container. I

was pleased to see it was only $88.99....ten dollars cheaper than I thought they

were selling them for!

I look forward to learning more about this machine, and getting more creative

with it. The tips and techniques I read about on this group are very much

appreciated!
