Guest guest Posted June 23, 2012 Report Share Posted June 23, 2012 I usually have half a cup of muesli cereal for breakfast with a half a banana and a cup of almond milk. I decided that if I changed the amounts that it might make a nice smoothie. So I put the following in the container: 1/4 cup of muesli 1 1/2 cups of almond milk 1 whole banana I blended on high for at least a minute and it was great.
