Hello ,Although " The Peanut Butter Company " uses cocoa powder and sweetener in their chocolate peanut butter - there is a much more decadent (and easy to make) kind of nut butter - Dean's Nutty Butter. There is a post about it here:/message/18872And you can find a lot of follow up discussions to that post here:/msearch?query=Dean%27s+nutty+butter & submit=Search & charset=ISO-8859-1

I don't want to add oil; don't know why; just because I guess. People either hate my peanut butter or love it.

I purchased " The Peanut Butter Company " peanut butter, called Bee's Knees (peanutbutter/honey) and their Dark Choc Dreams and White Choc. It's soooo delish!

Anyone try it? It's a little pricey but what peanut butter isn't I guess.

So, wondering if there is a Dark Choc. peanut butter recipe that I can make. Do I just add Cacao powder to the peanut butter? Or Cocoa Powder?

Thanks,

Thank you so much! Just one more question, I usually buy my nuts and seeds raw, I should roast them first for better flavor I'm assuming... Can't wait to try this :)

In my experience, roasted nuts taste and blend better. I prefer roasting my own because I know what oils went into the roasting process (and I know there are no other preservatives or ingredients added :-)
