Guest guest
hi ... i'm trying to track down things i can add to my diet which are high in chromium ... i just found out i have a deficiency in chromium ... my research suggests taking brewers yeast ... apparently it is high in chromium, but nutritional yeast (which i have had before) is not ... are there any nutrition experts that have a view on this ... there are so many different types of yeast ... i believe brewers yeast is a by product of the brewing process and yileds a slightly bitter but tolerable yeast product ... nutrtional yeast is grown on mollasses and, in my opinion, tastes awesome ... but i'm not sure if it is high in chromium ... anyone an expert on this ? tks, chris
