Guest guest
Hi Jim. I Know I have posted this before, but a lady I know who has the same thing is seeing her lumps shrink and she is not doing chemo, since everytime she goes to the doctor to start chemo the lumps are smaller. Prior to getting on mgn-3, colostrum, co-q-10 and a few other minor things, they were growing. Now they are shrinking fast. One of the herbs in the essiac must be estrogenic. And the feeling bad part, may be that it is dumping to many bad things too quickly for her liver to process them all. And then again, she just might tolerate one of the herbs in it. Could be just that simple. Signing off till Monday, Donna --Subject: Re: lymphoma - reactions to essiac tea? A friend's mother has multiple lymphomas. She feels the medicos aren't the whole answer, so I gave her a list of things to do, not knowing how many of them she would try. Her mom is a little resistant to new ideas, but so far she has begun with vitamin O, cottage cheese & flax seed & essiac tea. After taking the essiac tea, I don't know how long after, she had hot flashes & " felt bad. " Has anyone else had a reaction to essiac tea? I don't know what's in it. Also, someone told her apple sauce is a good substitute for cottage cheese with the flax seed. Anyone heard this? I would add that nuts and seeds should be soaked overnight to neutralize their natural enzyme inhibitors and make them much more digestible. Blending soaked seeds, apple sauce and flax oil and eating that mixture with a capsule or 2 of the amino acids lysine and N-acetyl-Cysteine would make a good, effective mixture. Guest guest
I just want to say that one of the things I like about mgn-3 for killing cancer is that it stimulates your immune system in a way that your natural killer cells kill the cancer. Instead of putting something in your system that will itself kill or poison the cancer but may have side effects of it's own. It is a real non stressful way of eliminating cancer from your body. Essiac in low dose can then be a nice blood purfyer along with mgn-3 but doesn't have to be taken in doses that make you ill while the cancer is being ousted. Mgn-3 doesn't make you feel ill. It gives you energy and makes you feel wonderful while it strengthens your body to kick the cancer out on its own. Just a thought. Here is a link someone posted for where to get it at the best price. (I found some priced at 41.70 a bottle at: http://www.vitacost.com/index.html ) Donna Re: Re: lymphoma - reactions to essiac tea? Guest guest
Dear Jim, I have heard of the healing crisis being induced by Essiac tea. In that case, the person was also ingesting the sludge left at the bottom after the tea was strained off. It has four herbs at least, and sometimes more, depending on the manufacturer. The four main ones are sheep sorrel, burdock root, turkey rhubarb root and slippery elm bark. Apple sauce is not a good substitute for the cottage cheese. MSM would be. Best of Health!
