Guest guest
My favorite so far is the Taco Pasta Salad on pg 171. I do believe I could live on it. Guest guest
I posted this a day or two ago but it was under one of the daily threads where you might not have seen it. ~~ Eating for Life is a cookbook of BFL recipes. It's the same nutrition plan. The list of authorized foods in the original BFL book is very limited and doesn't give you many meal ideas or actual recipes. Eating for Life just elaborates on the original set of guidelines. Some people will tell you that EFL isn't strict enough because it gives you so many more options. Personally, I think you can be really organized and effective or really kidding yourself with either approach. :-) ~~ Also, be sure to check out the EFL website for sample recipes and Q & A with Bill : http://eatingforlife.com/ . If you want to look at the meal plan or grocery guide and it asks you to name a recipe, the answer is grilled salmon. :-) On Tue, 21 Dec 2004 18:22:23 -0000, lesdees <no_reply > wrote: > > > Hi Ladies, > I'm going to begin BFL on 12/27 after a 2 year hiatus.
