Guest guest
http://www.goldbaum.net/balance/Diet.html It might help not to add to the histamine going on in Herxheimer reactions. Vitamin C lowers histamine. Apparently adrenaline is used by the body to clear histamine. After my horrible histamine reaction I had no strength for a long time. I must have used up my entire adrenal reserve. I had to build back my adrenal strength that had taken me some time to build previously. I think I learned a lesson about going easy on killing yeast. Guest guest
This is so interesting to me. I wonder if low adrenal function is why I had such bad allergies this year. But I would also like to say that since I upped my dose of homozon to 1 or 1 and 1/2 tsp a day, I do not have the adrenal zings/chills I was having at night. And I still have had allergies. . .until I discovered the enzyme cure.
