HI all, someone else posted this, but it took me awhile to find it and thought I

would copy this quote and send it on and save you the search time I put in.

I am still looking for the part that talks about loose stool being a sign that

you are not absorbing, If I find it I will post it.

Of all the magnesium compounds likely NOT to be absorbed, magnesium oxide &

magnesium citrate are at the top of the list.

ANY other " chelated " magnesium would be easier to absorb but the orotate,

aspartate & glycinate are the easiest.
