Guest guest
HI all, someone else posted this, but it took me awhile to find it and thought I would copy this quote and send it on and save you the search time I put in. I am still looking for the part that talks about loose stool being a sign that you are not absorbing, If I find it I will post it. That is why magfnesium citrate is commonly used as a laxative. Of all the magnesium compounds likely NOT to be absorbed, magnesium oxide & magnesium citrate are at the top of the list. ANY other " chelated " magnesium would be easier to absorb but the orotate, aspartate & glycinate are the easiest. Walt
