Your health goes before completing the challenge and honestly you can't

worry about it. I know what you are saying but people often forget that

going to the gym 6 days a week -does- take a toll on your body's immunity

and thus does make you more prone to getting sick.

If you are sick, concentrate on getting rid of our cold/flu before hitting

the gym again then you can go back fully recovered and give it your all.

Think of eating as best you can to give your body the nutrients its need

when you can. I know that when have a cold or flu, you lose your appetite

but keep in mind that when you start feeling hungry or start feeling like

some foods are tempting again, that is when you start to get better :)

Plus, there is no sense in spreading your cold/flu to people at the gym :)

You might suprise yourself when you go back to the gym; you'll hopefully

have had enough time off to recover fully and your energy levels

will be higher than when you left the gym for the cold medicine ;) At least,

that is what happened to me. Before I got sick, I felt slightly run down

and when I went back I was a lot more energetic.

Hope you feel better soon!
