Guest guest Posted January 23, 2006 Report Share Posted January 23, 2006 today had a severe time crunch.... so tonights workout was yoga. i chose to do an intermediate practice from 'yoga for every body' -- 'going with the flow of life', 40 mins long. lots of stretching of the lower body -- legs, hips -- and some spinal rotations. while i couldnt follow some of her visualizations, others were well done and the savassana was particularly nice (one especially for the heart and lungs). tomorrow is abs day! :*carolyn.
