Hi! We have been a sick household this week so there has been a lot of

light eating and no exercise. But it is a good time to reflect on the

past year's accomplishments and plans for the new year.

Biggest accomplishment in 2005 was making exercise part of my life!! I

am thankful for this list!! I look forward to posting my workouts

everyday in 2006! I enjoy reading your posts--real life inspiration is

priceless.

My goals for the new year are: to have a regular yoga/meditation

practice, get stronger/lift heavier weights, eat well, laugh more, try

new things, play with my children, grow a bigger garden, plant a small

flower garden, make jam, paint my kitchen, expand my vhs/dvd workout

collection, be nicer to my dh, and take one relaxing bath a week.
