added some pics of viola and dh

hi all,

i added two pics one of viola and one of dh and our friend claudia. my

sister's boyfriend took some pics of me(not fitness pics) so at least

you can put a face to the name. we were going to do some poses but he

ran out of film. i am hoping he will have thoses pics developed within

a week,if not i will try to get a disposable camera and when that gets

developed i will get a pic cd rom and upload some photos. at current i

am not in my normal shape b/c of cutting back exercise and no control

with food but i am working on that. today was off to a good start so

when i get photos i hope to be in my normal shape. not perfect but

very good none the less.
