I got my Vitamix and after a successful wet chop of red cabbage to make a yummy

coleslaw I moved quickly onto my first batch of ice cream. Because of allergies

and candida in my home it was made with coconut cream, 1/2 teaspoon stevia, 2

Tbsp pure cocoa, 1 frozen banana, 4 cups ice and I threw carrots in to impress a

friend. It did not come out in four mounds and was actually very runny with

some chunks of ice and carrot. I know the 1/2 cup sugar would have helped with

creating the solid mounds of ice cream but how can get those results without

sugar??
