Thanks Lea Ann. I need to work my way through all the books and your recipes.

What is a water pic? Sounds good advice. Is that baking powder or bicarbonate of

soda? In UK we call it a slightly different name.

Lea Ann,

I bought some kelp noodles this week and have never cooked or eaten them. What

sauce did you make to put on them? Thanks for any ideas anyone has on what to

put on kelp noodles,
