It's an ashtanga style (power yoga) workout, with extra pushups in the vinyasas. i don't remember the specifics, but it is very challenging! While Tony kind of bugs me, his cues for form are fantastic and I like how he contributes most of his strength to Yoga. Let us know what you think if you do it!
