Guest guest Posted December 31, 2005 Report Share Posted December 31, 2005 yesterday (friday) i did yoga booty ballet basic. this is the 2nd time that ive done this workout -- the first time i did it, i was sick, so i thought that i liked it, but wasnt sure. this time, i enjoyed the workout alot more and found it to be some mild exercise, which fit perfectly into my 'gentle' week. i do think that now im ready to move onto the more advanced YBB workout in the set. these are yet another example of 'fusion' workouts -- yoga, ballet, strength training. only one more workout today to finish off 'gentle' week. it has been really nice to give myself permission to do these types of workouts.... there has been no dread factor at all! and i havent made myself get into my usual workout gear and i havent been wearing shoes at all. kind of a free'ing feeling, really! and a great way to get back into action or to stay in the groove. :*carolyn. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
