i think that you will like it robin! there is a 10 min more

advanced routine tacked on at the end which im sure you will find

enjoyable (so the workout is about 40 mins in total). using the

ball really intensifies pilates and makes it different. and lizbeth

garcia looks really great... i couldnt complain about her much at all.

i liked it so much that i bought the dvd and it is back on the virgin

pile :)

thats funny.... i recalled the pilates workout using the ball and

then there was a bonus blast at the end, which i thought was killer.

i dont recall four 10 min bonus workouts at all. will have to

pull this dvd out and take a look at it again. i also have yoga on

the ball in my rental queue.

That's the workout Carolyn. I really liked it and she has such a nice instructing style. I would definitely consider this workout more intermediate than beginner. I might add the 4 bonus routines on the end of a short cardio workout to get some toning in.

those side kicks leaning on the ball, WOW gets me everytime. it is a great workout, and a good intro to those who want to move pilates from the mat to equipment. great job. kassia

Good workout Carolyn! Sounds like the preprogrammed workout was

tough. Thanks for the review of Pilates on the ball. I've never

heard of this one. Good job for modifying when you needed to.
