Guest guest Posted December 31, 2005 Report Share Posted December 31, 2005 I find we should do goals everyday Many new Years resolutions fail because they are too big and forced Instead of weight loss why not say your new years resaltion will be to cook one new healthy recipe Try out one new workout As well as buy a fitness product. They are on sale this time of year. With goals like this you can do them all within a week and feel like you accomplished something.
