Chopped Veggie Salad (and a Tomato based Italian Dressing)

I don't follow recipes - I just make things up as I go - so mom and I were

shopping yesterday and I picked up ingredients for this salad (I'm on vacation

in Missouri BTW :-)

I tried to give enough description with each photo that it becomes a recipe (of

sorts :-). The pictures also showed you the size and how much I put in of most

of the ingredients.

I filed this in the Links archive under Salad Dressings.

You COULD chop the veggies for this recipe in the Vitamix - if I did that I

would increase the volume of the dressing and call it a cold soup - the pieces

of chopped veggies would be much smaller than they are using the " Vidalia Chop

Wizard " as shown.
