Hello Martha,

I am new to the list :)

Cardamon is warming as is lavender. I use both in a bath during winter before

bed and stay cozy all night. My mother-in-law lives in Wyoming and I send bath

salt made with lavender and cardamon to her. Great for cold feet. Use cardamon

sparingly as it is overpowering. I have not tried fennel but, that would work

nicely as well.
