Man, I'm glad I finished a whole round.. all the way to the end : Start = 03/07/2000 Total weight = 179 lbs. Body Fat % = 22% Lean weight = 140 lbs. Fat weight = 39 lbs. After = 05/29/2000 Total weight = 170 lbs. ................Dropped 9 lbs. Body Fat % = 14% .......................Dropped 8% BF Lean weight = 146 lbs. .................Put on 6 lbs. of muscle!! Fat weight = 24 lbs. ......................Dropped 15 lbs. of fat!! While I liked the results, I still can't see dem abs.. but I will. Round 4 starts on June 5.
