Guest guest
We want to start using TD DMPS. How do you apply this. If my son needs 30 drops, how do I put it on him with gloves? with my fingers, and most of all where? 15 drops on each arm, what is the best spot? Guest guest
30 drops seems like alot at one time, especially to begin with. How much does your son weigh? What protocol are you using? 3 days on, 4 days off, Applied every 8 hours seems to be the protocol of choice. If school age child...usually start 1st dose after school on Friday and last dose Monday am before going to school. If 30 drops is total to give for the day...start with 5 drops (Increase weekly until you reach your 10 drop dosage) every eight hours, if you have amalgams, do not apply with your fingers. drops on arms or legs and rub against eachother. If applying to back. I just use bottom of dropper bottle to rub in. Try and let dry before pulling clothing back over area. Try not to wash off for at least an hour. (Be prepared...usually 1st round yeast, the next rounds the constipation starts as you increase dosage) I give minerals the same .... days on as days off. More info on protocol can be found here: http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/ Lillian fldofdrms@...fjennings@... How to apply TD DMPS We want to start using TD DMPS. How do you apply this. Guest guest
Under no circumstances start with 30 drops. I'd start a couple of drops, then add a couple. It took us a good 6 weeks to get up to full dose (27 drops with Tom) Some people start one drop at a time. We've just got the transition wrong from 48 hourly to 8 hourly and poor Tom has been in meltdown. We divided the 48 hourly dose by 3 instead of by 6. (Dim I know, I should take the sups myself!!) You really do NOT want to mobilise things too quickly. Low and slow as Mandi would say were she not (hopefully) having a fabby break. Also - don't use bare fingers. Tom rubs his own in (good boy), some people use a small glass. Rubber gloves might be affected by the mixture or even possibly leach into the mixture so probably better avoided. If you have fillings and get too much DMPS on you it could make you feel really lousy, I think Mandi uses a warm shot glass. Guest guest
Hi Mandy, You're not supposed to use gloves - may cause a reaction. Also you're not supposed to use you're hands as you'll be getting some of the dose (which can make you feel quite ill if you've got amalgams) and also your son will then not get his full dose. The idea is to put, say, five drops at a time out of the total dosage on inner arm of child and (holding childs arm(s) by wrist) rub childs inner arms together, or rub either inner arm to opposing inner thigh. There are a few variations on this but you get the idea - I think someone already mentioned a shot-glass as well but I haven't tried that. It's not a great hassle after a couple of goes.
