right on darcy!! the 'thighs' workout is an especially good one -- the

toughest in the set i think, if im recalling correctly. all of them are

great little workouts... i think that i like the 'arms' workout the

best. also, dont forget to watch the out-takes that are on the dvd... one

in particular is pretty funny. what do you think about tony and his jokes?

:*carolyn.

I actually liked his jokes. I especially thought it was funny on the kicking part and he was kicking a tall guy he didn't like...LOL... I bet it was the thighs one that I did I will have to check next time I do the workout :)

Oh, the only thing that I was disappointed with was the music. You can't barely hear it all :( Oh well, a change from most workouts I have anyway.

Thanks again for recommending it!

oh yeah! kick em in the nose! did he do the curtsy lunges to the king

and queen in that workout too?

i play my own music to all of the beachbody workouts that i own (with the

exception of turbo jam).

my own tunes really make me like the workouts alot more.

i cant remember if PHH has this option, but with the other BB dvds there is

an option to turn the boring music off.

  • 2 months later...

I did two weeks of only PHH as a prep for Power 90 and started seeing increased definition! I thought they would be a breeze but also learned fast by the next day :)

I look forward to doing a full 4 to 6 week rotation when I'm done with Power 90. I'm turning into a Tony fan (we'll see how I feel after 3 months - LOL).

Okay, I am very impressed. I did my usual tae-bo and abs yesterday, and for my strength-training, I tried my new Power Half Hour DVD out. Wow, I liked it, but didn't really feel like it was working me over too much. Boy, was I wrong, I am sooo sore today! LOL... I can honestly say I think this is the sorest I've been since I started working out again this time. It was the thigh one I did..or was it the butt one..hmm... Anyway, thanks Carolyn for recommending this DVD :)
