I especially thought it was funny on the kicking part and he was kicking a tall guy he didn't like...LOL... I bet it was the thighs one that I did I will have to check next time I do the workout Oh, the only thing that I was disappointed with was the music. Guest guest Posted November 20, 2005 Report Share Posted November 20, 2005 I did two weeks of only PHH as a prep for Power 90 and started seeing increased definition! I thought they would be a breeze but also learned fast by the next day I look forward to doing a full 4 to 6 week rotation when I'm done with Power 90.
