TLC Foot Smoother

This is just a guideline of how to make a course scrubby for the Feet. The

use of oil in it is to help keep moisture in the feet after exfoliating

them. Also the use of your own lotion or cream afterwards is a good thing

to do.

1/4 cup Course Ground Oatmeal

1/2 cup of any other scrubby item you like. Sea Salt, Walnut Shells,

Cornmeal, Pumice, Avocado Seeds, Etc.

Add the dry mixture to

1/2 to 3/4 cup of melted Natural Soap

2 to 4 Tbsp of Sweet Almond Oil or any other oil you like.

1 to 2 tsp of Vitamin E

5 to 10 drops of EO. You can use Lavender, Rose, Ylang Ylang or even a

woody scent for the men folk.

You can adjust as you need to make thinner or thicker by adding more Oil or

even warmed water, melted soap or dried ingredients. Allow it to cool

completely to see how thick it will be. Keep notes on exactly the amounts

that you used so that you can go back and do the same thing again if you

like the results or add to if you need to make some changes. Always keep

notes on everything you do when creating a formula.

I also recommend that when using this to do so in a pan as not to clog the

drains in your house. Things like Oatmeal, Cornmeal, Seeds and Shells do

not dissolve and can build up over time. So the use of a pan of very warm

water and then pouring it outside will keep that from happening.
