- and morning workouts!

Hi !

Once was born I totally switched to mornings

just b/c it is so much easier to have it done before

she was up - I find with kids if you don't get it done

first, it tends to very easily get put off plus it

just stressed me out b/c I'd be thinking all day that

I needed to workout. Sometimes I will do something

while she is napping and once in a great while I'll

workout after she goes to bed - but mornings are just

the best time for me. Mind you, I'm not a morning

person at all - I just force myself to do it. Before

DD was born, I worked out in the evening after work.

I still feel that I'd probably get a better workout if

I worked out then, b/c my energy levels are just

higher then (so I'm sure cardio would be easier and

I'd probably do harder cardio workouts than what I do

now - something about IMAX3 at 5:00 a.m. is less than

appealing- but I know I'd never get it done! So,

alas, mornings it is!

Does still nap? And, yes, I'm working on

potty training myself -

I agree with you about structure - kids will fight it

- but I think secretly they want it. I've been a

little loose this week w/ bedtime b/c DH has been

working later and has wanted to stay up til

he gets home. So she hasn't been getting to bed until

9 pm or after - it is kind of hard on me as I then

feel like I get no free time in the evening...but what

can you do!

Take care!
