Guest guest
I had a virus on my puter yesterday and again this morning. If you even received ANY e-mail from me (it sends itself to all addresses) you need to update your virus protection and take precautions. Here's some info on it: W32/Badtrans@MM is a mass-mailing worm that drops a remote-access Trojan. The virus arrives via the Microsoft Outlook email program and attempts to send itself by replying to unread email messages. The email may contain the text " Take a look to the attachment " in the message body and will contain an attachment that is 13,312 bytes in size. The attachment name is created in three sections, for example, card.doc.pif. BUT YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO OPEN THE ATTACHMENT. IT EXECUTES ITSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so sorry for any problems this has caused anyone but it was NOT intentional. Obviously someone else got it sent to them, and wa-la it sent itself to me. :-( I got it twice in one day. One was called Hamster.doc and the other was on something called " Neat or Cute Quiz " Hopefully still your friend, Jodi
