Gym Style Back Shoulders and Biceps

My New Year’s Day workout was Gym Style Back Shoulders

and Biceps. I used a 5 pound weight for Biceps and Back and a 3 pound for the

Shoulder Work. I think I really could go heavier with the Biceps and maybe some

of the shoulder and back work. I guess its time to shop for new weights again I

never really felt strong enough to need higher weights before so this is new to

me – of course I’ve never tried the work to fatigue before either. I’m

going to be on the lookout for 8, 10 and 12 pound dumbbells and a barbell as

well. The bonus burns have been doing without the resistance bands and

even without them those pulses are difficult. I do need to find a band still.

On sad note, I left my dvd in the player and my children pulled it out

not carefully and scratched it. Luckily the scratch only makes the stretch

impossible to play but I’m hoping to try and fix it (and back it up too)

because I really do love this workout. It makes me want to find more Cathe

dvds. Like I really need new dvds.
