Guest guest Posted January 1, 2006 Report Share Posted January 1, 2006 today i did the firm:bss2:complete aerobics & weight training with emily welsh. it has been a long time since ive done this one and im glad that i got it done today because it is not only a solid workout but lots of fun too! i had forgotten how well cued the firm workouts typically are and it was a real pleasure. afterward, i did the 10 min yoga stretch from leisa hart's gym in a box. my HRM said that i was in my zone (60%-90% of max heartrate) for 60 minutes!! wow! and i burned 443 calories! whoo-hoo!! one of my goals is to burn 2800 calories each week... i dont know if that is possible or not, but i feel like ive made a good start this week. tomorrow is kickboxing day so i want to do janis saffell's 'strike zone'. :*carolyn. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
