Has anyone tried it? If so, please give me an honest answer of what you think of it. I'm bored with my usual video strength training and was looking for something more exciting. I have Cathe, the Firm and Bodypump. Any other suggestions for a fun and exciting strength training for 2006? Thanks.

DSL Something to write home about. Just $16.99/mo. or less

hi! no, i havent tried it yet, but it sounds different and

interesting and is getting good reviews. id say it is more yoga than

strength training though. and i dont know if the workout would be

very exciting... it looks like it moves pretty slowly.

have you tried 'ripped' by jari love? it has pretty good music and

lots of variations in lifting speed to keep things interesting, and a

variety of options/modifications are shown to suit practically anyone.
