hi kassia!

yep, today was cardio+sculpt day on my calendar... i really like

doing circuit workouts and own quite a few. i schedule one each week.

::nodding:: its good stuff! i do think that i will do the rest of

the BSS2 workouts this week -- total sculpt, max cardio burn and firm

abs. it has been a long time.
