Guest guest
good morning all, last night i did a round of yoga b/c i figured i wasn't going ot get up before viola this morning. i did the finding balance practice from yoga complete for everybody. pretty much speaks for itself on that one. i warmed up with 10 min solution kickbox bootcamp basic training segment. i thought of doing more but wanted to see how my legs felt after the power hour workout with cathe. weights had to be lightened up on this workout since the different tempos and longer sets. when she did lunges towards the end she did two sets of low end 7's then did 2-2 count and the word b*tch came to mind LOL. i know not a nice thing to say but i think my legs are being overtrained with this freestyle thing. going to try to hold back a little bit and see how i feel. i was going to do more lunges with even lighter weights but i think i worked my legs enough with the workout. my upper body is either not used to these workouts anymore or i am just losing my strength. probably the first b/c i tried to do a regular set of biceps curls with 10lbs and i did well just when i tried them with the different tempos and longer sets i just couldn't make it. 25lbs for a chest press and i was having a bit of struggle!!!! that is so not me, but i better suck it up and work at endurance. i recieved my world class legs book. i have only read a few chapters. i might try this one in february or march. and would like to see how things go after the holiday i want to order the lower body solution book as well. they have more upper body work in the latter book but still being a freestyle workout. something i might defiently check out. have good day all kassia__________________________________________________
