Guest guest Posted November 15, 2005 Report Share Posted November 15, 2005 SUN-caribbean workout pilates-focus on breathe segment MON-tough core premix from core max warm up with 10 min solutions kickbox light legs and shoulders supersets squats with overhead press 3x15,12,12 8lbs alternating reverse lunges with front raise 1x16 8lbs 2x16 5lbs plies with side raises 2x10 8lbs deadlifts with rear delt raise 4x8 8lbs outer thighs with inner thighs 3x12 2.5lbs glute kicks with leg curls 3x12 2.5lbs 25 min. steady run and power stretching twist for runner's practice from yoga for athletes TUE-arms and abs practice from yoga for everbody 10 min power walk warm up AND GET THIS a 6 mile in 40 mins. run with a 10 min. cool down walk. was going to do some chest and triceps today but i will move that tomorrow and take a break from cardio. i was just doing a nice steady run and decided to go longer. i went a different way that didn't have such steep hills and wound up near the local grocery store which is 3 miles. it was a GREAT run and i am proud of me for getting it done. i should consider one long run like this to start with then stretch out some of my shorter runs a little longer. have a good night all kassia FareChase - Search multiple travel sites in one click.
