Guest guest
Just to let you wonderful ladies know, I have not read my daily digest in about a month because of all the drama, and I did fall off the bandwagon. However, I am anxious to re-start and just want to make sure that all is well. I love all the tips you guys give and other information about food and exercise. I'm glad to be back. Today, so far, I have had 40 oz of water, an egg white and 2% cheese (1 teaspoon shredded) cheese on 2 whole wheat slices of bread, and my snack coming up will be yogurt and cc whirled in the blender. Lunch will be turkey sandwich, and toms and onions on it. Snack 2 will be a peach and some cc, dinner will be a chicken salad, and snack 3 will probably be a frozen shake. Hope all is well with you guys and can't wait to get back on track. Warmly,
