Guest guest Posted January 11, 2006 Report Share Posted January 11, 2006 Hi, A while back Vennitta posted a cardio based rotation using the FitPrime/Kickbutts, being anal, I saved it. I modified it slightly now so that it uses more of the FitPrime workouts (Metaboost, Pump, etc.) which I really enjoy. Here is the modified version. the order of the " weeks " isn't really necessary to follow - I just put it in FitPrime (which are supposedly easier) to Kickbutt (which are supposedly harder) order, but I think you could mix it up - maybe alternating FitPrime and Kickbutt weeks. If you get bored with repeating the same cardio workouts I would think you could substitute other FIRM style cardio workouts - Super Cardio, Core Cardio 1 or 2, Cardio Step Mix, etc. I would also throw in the original Fast Cheetah into the mix. Here it is: Week 1 Lean Lower Body Burn Steamin Cardio Upper Body Burn Fast Cheetah Choice of Strength workout - Crunch Time/Push-Pull/Strong Bear/Metaboost or Pump (choice) Week 2 Steamin Cardio Pump Lean FlexPosture Metaboost Fast Cheetah Week 3 Floor Burn & Cardio or FB & Crunch Time together Lean Push Pull Steamin Cardio Strong Bear Fast Cheetah (Original FitPrime FC) Week 4 Lean Strong Bear Steamin Cardio Push Pull Fast Cheetah (original FitPrime FC) Crunch Time I'm afraid to burn out on these, but I'm enjoying them so much I might come back to this after I do some of the BSS4 and BSS3 workouts. I'm loving my FitPrime/Kickbutt workouts right now. There is no " dread " factor and I " m feeling worked out from them.
