:sickness Re: back on the Firm wagon

Thank-you for your concern-we hope to bounce back soon. That's the way

it is when you have little kids:) Though I would love to get back to

my exercise. Maybe next year I will plan a week " off " --and, if

possible (no one is sick etc..) try something new--like snowshoeing,

cross country skiing, taking cold walks outside, going to the fitness

studio every day, or practicing yoga and meditation for the week.

Other good ideas that come to mind are building snow people and having

a sliding party/picnic:) I have a whole year to plan!!!

Those Firms are transfirmer workouts!! I think Kathy and Donna have them.
