LAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 200.6THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 206.6LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: 6 lb GAIN!MILEAGE (based on 1 mile = 15 mins): 13 miles approx.TOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE: 195 minutesGOAL WEIGHT: 120 lbs I'm sure that my weight gain is from water gain because of TOM. I'm not worried though because tomorrow I'm starting an exercise

challenge on another fitness site I belong to. How did you do this past week? Jen
