i taped the TLP's for you, right? i think that they are really tough (more

workouts that michelle might like...lol)... but i do want to try 'core

foundations' again to see if i would be better at it now that quite some

time has passed.

cool, thanks for letting me know. i will try to do what tracie does, but

feel better in knowing that it will be OK if i dont use the ankle weights.

hey, thats part of a DH's job description isnt it? LOL mine makes me

bonkers too, especially in the winter because he is home all of the time.

awww... hang in there... she will adjust. i do wish that we would take

more time for us as a couple... but i have absolutely no babysitters to fill

in for me! i really wish that i knew of one or two.
