Guest guest
michelle i am sure she loved that somebody showed a little spirit. you don't see much of it anymore. viola is 6 and she is even learning a little spirit of the gift of giving to others. she is my only one, i haven't though about having another until i am sure i can handle the autism and the demand of another child. i wish i could give some advice for potty training, we struggled with viola. she 4 before she actually went to the potty on her own. if we knew that bout austim we might have had some idea how to handle that situation. i hope you are adjusting as well as you can. its a big change but its great that you can be some family support to this child. well i have a mish mosh made up for tomorrow. starting with yoga in the morning to wake up and get moving have a little breakfast, then start with the firm cardio sculpt blaster then do body max upper body and abs then do kick max's kick/punch combos. i haven't decided if i wanted to use weights to make the workout tougher i will see how i feel after body max upper body, its a tough workout for me. now xmas eve i jotted down another one but might make slight changes if i feel i want to. start with Kick max warm up then straight to high impact. do any segment of core max(most likely a premix)then the body max power circuits to get more cardio and some leg workout. then finish it off with kick max leg drills and stretch. maybe an extra stretch using the power stretch workout or short yoga practice from yoga for everybody. see how it goes, told you i want to earn those treats for xmas LOL. for xmas i want it quick but intense so i figure i will do a 2 mile run using the other road that is loaded with hills so i will have to push to make good time like i did on sunday.do denise austin stretch and ab workout from personal training. then i figure i will slow it down with some pilates, yoga, and running only. dh said he didn't get me any cathe's for xmas so i will do some of the ones he gave me early. i should be getting more, he is hinting but not to what they are just i got more fitness dvds. happy holidays kassia fitgrl222@... wrote: Hi Kassia, I think that is really sweet to make cookies for your neighbors. I use to make cookies for my family, but I quit doing it a couple years ago. No one really acted like they appreciated them so I quit doing it. I'm sure your neighbors will REALLY appreciate it. How old Is your little girl? I know you told me but I can't remember. Is she the only child you have? As you know I am new mom to a 3 year old. We've been spending a lot of time doing the potty training thing. It's frustrating, but we will get there. She is really good about letting me workout. I put on cartoons for her, but she wants to stay in my workout room and watch me. She doesn't seem to get into the TV thing yet. I would love to hear what your mish-mosh workout consists of. I'm doing something a little different tonight. My schedule calls for a 30 minute interval workout so instead of always pulling out an Imax workout I've decided to do the cardio sections from High Step Training and High Step Challenge. We'll see how that goes. ~Merry Christmas~ __________________________________________________

Guest guest
thanks donna, he is in good spirits since doctors say its treatable, not curable, but treatable and that they may be able to contain it. the chemo is just going to be a little rough on him. very intense stuff for at least the next year. this is a word of warning, if its small lump that you are not sure GET IT CHECKED.it was a lump on his neck'/top of shoulder that just got bigger and bigger within a few months. kassia Donna M-P <donna112520@...> wrote: Hi Kassia,Just wanted to let you know that you, your dad andfamily are in my thoughts & prayers.
