Okay, after I got home last night from doing a very strenuous 24 Lift #3 class at the gym, I decided to watch, just watch mind you, Yogaboxing, as I was dying of curiosity to see what my Deep Discount DVD gamble would be like. I must say, I love this one, although I have a feeling Donna and I might be the only ones that think so (?) Diehards and serious worker outers, this isn't for you. It's not a calorie burner per se, it just makes you feel good because you laugh and talk outloud throughout. But if you are always longing for something different, refreshing, and that will give you a laugh or fifteen along the way, you might want to consider this workout. In the warmup for example, you sort of "slap" your kidneys and adrenals by turning the body from side to side, allowing your flapping arms to slap the intended areas. During the yoga portion you do poses that are not seen in any other yoga practice, in other words I'm pretty sure he made them up. Often

in his poses you yell out to release negative energy and get positive energy, lot's of "yes!", "ta!" and "ha"'s. While this may sound corny and I laughed watching this, I believe he's right, actually. In the kickboxing section, you punch while yelling "yes I can!". I didn't get to the t'ai chi or African dancing parts, but it's all sort of "blended" together. I forget the man's name (I'm at work) but he's attractive. On the box he looks older or something. He wears a plain white tee shirt an loose white pants that are kind of bell bottomed at the end. The stage has African and Asian symbols, such as a cobra and a gong. Like I said I didn't have time to watch it all (I think it's 75 minutes long) but i have a feeling my workout partner is bogueing on me tomorrow and if that's the case, I'll do it! Yoga shuffles (yes, this is a

wierd move of his)
