28 Day Challenge for Feb

Hi!

I think I'm going to do my " fit it all in " rotation

for February's challenge.

I will do three cardio workouts per week - one of

which will be an interval workout (or at least part of

an interval workout!)

I'll do one circuit workout

Two full body strength workouts

One Active Recovery Day (yoga/stretching)

And, whenever i can pilates/yoga/stretching add ons to

the main body of my workouts.

I'll likely do cardio workouts on Mon, Wed. and Friday

and will do a full body sculpt and yoga on the

weekends. i guess it'll shape up something like this:

M - Cardio

T- Full Body Strength

Wed - Cardio

Th - Circuit

Friday - Cardio

Sat - Yoga or Full Body Strength

Sun - Yoga or Full Body Strength

this will give me a chance to try out some new ones,

too!
