My Mom had neck pain while doing ab exercise so

she bought this thing to help with it. It looks like

a strap with handles and each end. You grab the

handles and pull on that instead of your neck, do you

know what I mean? Anyway, it worked pretty good for

her.

I think using a fitness ball provides a better ab

workout.
